Their phones sometimes don't work, so I can't make an order before I arrive... But it's definitely worth the drive up there to order and wait because they've always got great customer service at the front counter and their food is great! The burgers are super tasty and their chips are always perfect - never oily or crunchy, they're just right! Honestly one of the best fish n chips places I've ever had 👌🏼

My order tonight reflects exactly what other reviewers have said. Overcooked and oily. Its disgusting. Never going back. This food doesnt deserve even 1 star. By far the worst fish and chips ive ever had.

I got the fish burger today and the beef croquettes. My fish burger was the best I have ever had, there were three good sized pieces of fish that were crispy and not oily at all. The croquettes were flavourful and also crispy without any excessive oil. I will be going back as often as possible 😀

Service was good but the food was super oily and the flake overcooked. The oil didn't taste fresh. I only ever went here once before about 3 months ago and it was pretty good but not today. I'll try elsewhere next time which is a shame as it's in a convenient location for me.

Been eating here for a long time and always been beautiful and fresh but I had it the other day and it was terrible. Over cooked and tasted terrible. Not sure if I will ever go back as it was a waste of $80. Not sure if owners have changed or just letting there standards down. Oil must not have been changed in some time and fryers not cleaned.

We bought a lunch take away of fish, chips, potato cakes etc. It was all over cooked and simply awful. I phoned and made a complaint. In hindsight should have returned it all and got my money back. I hope they improve both their food and customer service.
